Appointment bookings will only be fully confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit for 50% of the treatment price. A minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice is required, any fees paid will not be refunded, however a maximum of 2 alternative dates will be offered following which any fees paid will be forfeited.
